About The Position

We're seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to champion Veros Credit as the lender of choice, nurturing dealer partnerships, and driving customer satisfaction across their region. This field-based role is perfect for those who thrive on travel and love engaging with clients face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong connections with auto dealerships across your territory.
  • Promote Veros Credit's financing solutions to dealer partners to help them boost dealership sales and exceed quotas.
  • Launch creative sales and marketing strategies to meet goals and support dealers in financing customers.
  • Generate leads, build new dealership relationships, and educate dealer partners on our offerings.
  • Embrace significant travel within your assigned region, while representing Veros Credit and staying updated with industry trends.


What We Offer:

  • Competitive Base Salary: Up to $60,000 + Monthly Variable Pay
  • Uncapped Earnings: On-Target Earnings (OTE) from $110,000 to $150,000 annual total compensation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in auto lending or automotive sales, with subprime experience a plus
  • Proven track record in outside sales and pipeline management
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for influencing others
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Motivated and organized to manage multiple sales locations
