KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests

  • Diagnose and resolve client issues effectively
  • Process service requests through phone, email, chat, or in-person communication
  • Build and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with clients
  • Address and resolve client complaints with professionalism
  • Create and maintain helpful documentation for client support
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance policies
  • Become proficient in using the Netsuite ERP system
  • Serve as a product knowledge expert, providing detailed information to clients
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to meet client needs
  • Manage opening and closing procedures for retail operations
  • Accurately process transactions while engaging with clients
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
  • Demonstrated initiative and innovative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
