Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Marion Health. This role will provide administrative support to the President/CEO Office, focusing on day-to-day operations and special projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the President/CEO with administrative duties, including correspondence, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and hospital staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and protect the integrity of confidential matters.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Secretarial Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of executive-level secretarial experience, or equivalent experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer applications.
  • Ability to work well under stress, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion.
Working Conditions:
  • Typical office environment with prolonged sitting.
  • Works with protected health information.
  • Occasional high-stress levels, extended hours, evenings, and weekends based on department needs.
Estimated Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
