Key Team Leader RoleThis role involves managing store operations, providing excellent customer service, and performing various administrative tasks. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Manage merchandise, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Perform opening and closing store duties, including cash handling and security
To succeed in this role, you'll need previous retail supervisory experience and a strong understanding of Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics products. Merchandising skills are desirable. A proven ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
