Healthcare Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to patients
- Assisting with simple treatments and maintaining a clean environment

- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to hospital policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide, or Medical Assistant
- CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of departmental applications
- Knowledge of patient-centered care principles
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, employees receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
