Job Overview
Kalamazoo, MI - Great Lakes Skilled Trades is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join our Kalamazoo office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting with current and potential clients to understand their staffing needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role offers uncapped commission opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including health care, vacation pay, and disability insurance.

In this role, you will be spending the majority of your time conducting worksite evaluations, prospecting leads through cold calling, and social networking with new and existing clients. You will also be engaged in financial forecasting and determining targets and goals specific to your territory.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to accurately evaluate client needs for staffing. Prior experience in sales, particularly in the construction or industrial sectors, is highly desirable but not required. We are looking for a self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient individual who can increase territory sales.
