Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide / CNA to join our team in the Beaverton area. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to patients in their homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide, your primary responsibilities will include providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility, transfer, walking, grooming, bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. You will also perform incidental household services essential to the patient's health care at home, as assigned. Additionally, you will complete clinical notes for each visit and provide care according to the aide plan of care/assignment sheet and in accordance with State Practice Act or regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a current CNA certification, successful completion of a competency evaluation, and current CPR certification. You must also have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
