Position Overview:

This role involves overseeing a range of administrative responsibilities for the Manufactured Housing & Building division.

The State of Arizona promotes a work environment that values flexibility, independence, and trust. Many employees across various agencies, boards, and commissions are part of the State's Remote Work Program, allowing them to work from home, in offices, or in hoteling spaces. All work, including remote tasks, must be conducted within Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain documents for record-keeping purposes.
  • Organize, copy, and distribute materials for the division.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the creation and management of digital files.
  • Manage purchase orders for office supplies.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation and communication.
  • Provide administrative support for training sessions and workshops, including necessary registrations.
  • Assist with other administrative duties or special projects as directed by division leadership.

This position allows for limited remote work within Arizona, including office hoteling, and offers a flexible schedule.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a valid Arizona driver's license and have at least five (5) years of administrative experience, demonstrating strong organizational skills in a professional office setting.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

All newly hired State employees must successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify).
