About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PT Service Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bag items at checkout, restock returns, and retrieve carts from the parking lot to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning floors, work areas, and restrooms to ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment.
  • Collect trash, take trash to the compactor, and operate the compactor to maintain a clean and sanitary store environment.
  • Collect carts, stack carts, and push carts back to the front-end of the store to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance and completion of the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
