Design Strategy and Innovation Manager

Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly skilled Design Strategy and Innovation Manager to join our Product Design Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the company's future growth by applying human-centered design principles to understand customer needs, generate new offerings, and rapidly experiment with innovative ideas.

The Role:

  • Design and conduct user research to identify insights and opportunity areas
  • Lead ideation and testing through prototypes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions
  • Apply expertise in design research, strategic innovation, and UX design to create new products and solutions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in design or business, or 5-7 years of experience in Design Research / Design Strategy / Experience Strategy
  • Background working on multiple projects at a design or innovation firm
  • Ability to participate in a multidisciplinary team through the human-centered design process
  • Excellent communication skills
