We are seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to join our team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will lead and mentor interdisciplinary teams to deliver multimodal transportation infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from design development to construction, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff in civil engineering design, construction administration, and project management.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project profitability and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Professional Engineering license in MA.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in roadway design, drainage design, geometric design, and 3D modeling.
  • Proven track record of delivering large and complex projects on time and on budget.
  • Experience in managing staff, leading multidisciplinary teams, and coordinating utility and right-of-way impacts.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
  • Experience in managing engineering projects in the Northeast and preparing transportation and local agency permit documents.
