The Genesis Market Manager is a key position within Hyundai Motor America, responsible for driving sales, marketing, and owner experience performance for a defined group of exclusive Genesis dealerships in the U.S.

This role serves as the primary liaison between Genesis Motor America and the assigned group of Genesis dealerships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales, marketing, and owner experience strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with dealerships to analyze financial statements, interpret sales performance, and provide counsel to improve operations.
  • Work closely with Genesis Finance to provide high levels of communication and analysis to dealer principals, general managers, and leadership teams.
  • Assist the Area Manager and GMA headquarters/senior management with Genesis Brand compliance areas, such as facility development and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience working with or for U.S. automobile dealerships.
  • Luxury dealership experience (from OEM or retail perspective) a plus.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
