HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information on benefit options, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
- Assist employees with mid-year changes of status and ensure timely processing of benefit changes.
- Triage inquiries when appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve benefit-related issues and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is highly preferred.
- One (1) – Three (3) years of experience in benefits administration, or has knowledge of health and welfare plans, defined benefits and defined contribution retirement plans.
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
Estimated Salary: $20.00 - $22.70 / hour
Location: Hybrid, Med Center, 70030
