About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Administrator to join our team. As a member of our HR department, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and providing support in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork.
  • Prepare and organize timesheets and other related documents for payroll processing.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Requirements:
  • Administration or related field degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within HR.
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $62,000 per year
