We are seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant to join our team at ROOMI GROUP CORPORATION. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to provide administrative support to the HR department.

Job Description

The HR Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinating and organizing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and databases, including personnel files and HRIS data.
  • Providing support in implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as employee guidelines.
  • Acting as a liaison between employees and the HR department, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to organize employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events.
  • Assisting in performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and supporting performance improvement plans.
  • Supporting employee benefits administration, including enrollment, inquiries, and communication.
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar HR-related role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for employee satisfaction and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
