Real Estate Acquisition Role

Vantage LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced real estate professional to join our team as a Sales Acquisition Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and contributing to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new properties for Vantage LLC and cultivate relationships with sellers to acquire their properties.
  • Results-oriented and creatively problem-solve to build connections with homeowners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners to increase sales and revenue.
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales and revenue.
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required.
  • Driven and passionate about real estate and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and make informed decisions.

We offer a competitive base salary plus commissions for each acquisition and disposition of properties. This will turn into a leadership position for the right person.
