About Us:

JETSET Pilates is a dynamic and growing Pilates studio seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our studio.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, sales, and customer service, with a passion for Pilates and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Studio Launch and Pre-Sales: Assist in the launch of our studio, including pre-sales and community efforts, to ensure a successful opening and strong client base.
  • Marketing and Community Engagement: Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to attract new clients and enhance studio visibility, building strong relationships with local health, fitness, and wellness communities, as well as corporate partners and influencers.
  • Instructing: The candidate is expected to undergo our Pilates training program and instruct an average of 8 classes per week, with a minimum of 20 classes per week in the studio during class times.
  • Studio Leadership: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless execution of company strategies, policies, and procedures, and be the face of the studio, inspiring and guiding your team to achieve excellence.
  • Client Experience: Ensure every client receives outstanding service and an unparalleled fitness experience, adhering to our high brand standards.
  • Performance Management: Analyze key performance metrics such as sales, client retention, and class utilization, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve ambitious studio goals.
  • Team Development: Cultivate a positive team culture through effective communication, training, and mentorship, overseeing class and staff scheduling to ensure optimal studio operation.
  • Operations and Inventory: Manage studio resources, including supplies, retail inventory, beverages, and any facilities issues, ensuring all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and positively.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of management experience
  • Experience working in a sales, fitness, or wellness environment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Skilled in using Mindbody and managing CRM platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and act on key performance metrics
  • Passion for Pilates and commitment to personal and team development
