Studio Manager - JETSET Pilates
Are you enthusiastic about fitness and team leadership? JETSET Pilates is on the lookout for an energetic Studio Manager to spearhead our flagship studio team and represent our brand's ethos. In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations and be pivotal in the successful launch and management of our studio, dedicated to building a strong team, providing exceptional client experiences, and cultivating a vibrant Pilates community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Studio Launch and Pre-Sales: Play a key role in the pre-sales and community initiatives leading up to the studio's grand opening.
Marketing and Community Outreach: Create and execute local marketing strategies to draw in new clients and boost studio visibility. Establish and nurture strong connections with local health, fitness, and wellness organizations, along with corporate partners and influencers.
Instruction: The candidate will participate in the JETSET Pilates training program and is expected to lead an average of 8 classes weekly. In addition to teaching, the Studio Manager should be present in the studio during class times for at least 20 classes each week.
Studio Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the effective implementation of company strategies, policies, and procedures. Be the face of the studio, motivating and guiding your team towards excellence.
Client Experience: Guarantee that every client receives outstanding service and an unparalleled fitness journey, adhering to JETSET Pilates' high brand standards.
Performance Management: Evaluate key performance indicators such as sales, client retention, and class attendance. Utilize data-driven insights to foster continuous improvement and meet ambitious studio objectives.
Team Development: Foster a positive team culture through effective communication, training, and mentorship. Manage class and staff scheduling to ensure optimal studio operations.
Operations and Inventory: Oversee studio resources, including supplies, retail inventory, beverages, and address any facility-related issues. Ensure all client inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and positively.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
● 3-5 years of management experience
● Background in sales, fitness, or wellness environments
● Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
● Proficient in using Mindbody and managing CRM platforms
● Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
● Capability to analyze and act on key performance metrics
● Passion for Pilates and commitment to personal and team growth
