Studio Operations Manager - JETSET Pilates
Are you enthusiastic about fitness and team leadership? JETSET Pilates is on the lookout for an energetic Studio Operations Manager to spearhead our flagship studio's team and embody our brand's essence. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations, playing a pivotal role in the successful launch and ongoing management of our studio, dedicated to building a strong team, providing exceptional client experiences, and cultivating a vibrant Pilates community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Studio Launch & Community Engagement: Take a leading role in the pre-launch activities of JETSET Pilates, driving community initiatives and preparations leading up to the grand opening.
Marketing & Community Relations: Design and execute local marketing strategies to draw in new clients and boost studio visibility. Establish and nurture robust relationships with local health, fitness, and wellness organizations, as well as corporate partners and influencers.
Instructing: The selected candidate will complete the JETSET Pilates training program and is expected to teach an average of 8 classes weekly. Additionally, the Studio Operations Manager should be present in the studio during class times for a minimum of 20 classes each week.
Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the effective implementation of company strategies, policies, and procedures. Serve as the studio's representative, motivating and guiding your team to achieve excellence.
Client Experience: Guarantee that every client receives outstanding service and an unparalleled fitness journey, adhering to JETSET Pilates' high brand standards.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate key performance indicators such as sales, client retention, and class attendance. Utilize data-driven insights to foster continuous improvement and reach ambitious studio objectives.
Team Development: Foster a positive team culture through effective communication, training, and mentorship. Manage class and staff scheduling to ensure optimal studio functionality.
Operations & Inventory Management: Oversee studio resources, including supplies, retail inventory, beverages, and address any facility-related issues. Ensure all client inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and positively.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
● 3-5 years of management experience
● Background in sales, fitness, or wellness environments
● Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
● Proficient in using Mindbody and managing CRM platforms
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to analyze and act on key performance metrics
● Passion for Pilates and dedication to personal and team growth
