Job Overview

LPC Personnel, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target market and identify key prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proven sales experience and a strong understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
