Job Title: Customer Service Leadership Position

Leading Edge Administrators is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Leadership Position to join our team. As a Customer Service Leadership Position, you will be responsible for providing leadership, training, and coaching to employees in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives and provide direction for day-to-day operations of the call center.
  • Monitor email and inbound/outbound call volumes, queues, and KPIs to identify trends and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Analyze and report call center metric data and recommend procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and improve performance.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a call center, preferably in a healthcare or healthcare TPA role where HIPAA and HITECH standards are utilized.
  • Working knowledge of claims, claims processing, and health insurance.
Estimated Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
