Job Description

The Regional Director will oversee the operational and administrative functions of multiple daycare centers within their assigned region. This is a leadership position responsible for providing leadership and guidance to center directors and staff members to ensure high-quality care and educational programs are delivered to children.

About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families while leading a team of dedicated professionals. The Regional Director will be responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with licensing regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership and guidance to center directors and staff members to ensure high-quality care and educational programs are delivered to children.
  2. Implement and maintain policies and procedures in accordance with licensing regulations and company standards.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of each center, providing support and resources as needed to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and community stakeholders to promote open communication and collaboration.
  5. Manage budgetary and financial matters for the region, including revenue generation, expense control, and resource allocation.
  6. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor center directors and staff members to foster a culture of professionalism, growth, and teamwork.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the childcare industry, with proven success in managing multiple locations.
  3. Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles, curriculum planning, and licensing standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
Salary and Benefits

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
