About the Role

Atlas is a leading provider of civil engineering, materials testing, and geotechnical consulting services for environmental, industrial, and infrastructure construction projects. As a Pursuits Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Southeast Proposals/Pursuits team in securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Southeast Pursuits Director and Proposal/Pursuit team members to develop and manage RFP/RFQ deadlines, create impactful presentations, and produce high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Adhere to established procedures, utilizing departmental tools to review project requirements, assign action items, ensure compliance, and maintain strict schedules and deadlines.
  • Proofread, edit, format, and enhance pursuit narratives and graphical elements using Adobe Creative Suite to create visually compelling, accurate, and compliant documents.
  • Manage/coordinate qualification packages with external clients.
  • Support multiple pursuits simultaneously, including analyzing requirements, editing team contributions, coordinating logistics, and complying with specifications and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communications, journalism, graphic arts, or other related fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on corporate qualifications, proposals, and marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products, specifically InDesign.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects independently.
  • Project management, collaboration, and team-building skills.
  • A/E/C industry experience preferred but not required.
