Job Overview:

In this position, you will leverage route analysis software to refine territory plans, creating effective and efficient daily and weekly tactical route strategies for designated branch locations.

You will conduct data analysis on plans, resource availability, and territory management.

This role also involves maintaining geographic codes, addresses, and customer information, as well as reporting metrics daily to the Service Planning Supervisor and Branch Managers/Technicians.


Key Performance Indicators:

- Work Orders scheduled per day/month
- 30 and 60-day completion rates
- Planned miles between work orders

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, an individual must competently perform each essential duty.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Develops route plans utilizing work order data and route analysis software.
- Communicates routes within the assigned territory to service personnel.
- Summarizes and reviews plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
- Prepares daily summary reports for the supervisor.
- Performs additional duties as assigned. Candidate Profile:
Required Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in routing and scheduling software systems.
- In-depth knowledge of the company's branch service department concerning resources, territory structure, advanced planning of recurring services, and schedule availability for unplanned demands.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.
- Analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, maintenance instructions, procedural manuals, and/or government regulations.
- Capacity to manage multiple, repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of texting software or other necessary software to achieve objectives.
- Ability to effectively interact with colleagues and the public.
- Basic knowledge of the company's operating systems. Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics:

Formal Education, Qualifications, or Training:
- High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
