We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Specialist to join our National Platform Services team at US012 Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Vertafore Sagitta core application and its various modules and functionalities.
  • Utilize ancillary components such as eForms, AMS Word, ASD (Assemble Store Distribute), and download processing to enhance system capabilities.
  • Manage system installation, upgrades, patch management, and performance optimization techniques to keep the system up-to-date and running at its best.
  • Ensure seamless data exchange and collaboration with third-party applications like Benefit Point and ImageRight.
  • Implement system security best practices and compliance with data privacy regulations to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Vertafore applications, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of in-depth technical knowledge of the Vertafore Sagitta Agency Management solution.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Extensive knowledge and expertise in working with the Vertafore Sagitta core application, including its various modules and functionalities.
    • Proficiency in utilizing ancillary components such as eForms, AMS Word, ASD (Assemble Store Distribute), and download processing to enhance system capabilities.
    • Knowledge of system installation, upgrades, patch management, and performance optimization techniques to keep the system up-to-date and running at its best.
    • Understanding of system integrations with third-party applications like Benefit Point and ImageRight, enabling seamless data exchange and collaboration.
    • Familiarity with industry-standard system security best practices and compliance with data privacy regulations to safeguard sensitive information.
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Vertafore applications, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution.
  • Server Level Skills:
    • IBM AIX - Basic navigation skills required to monitor, maintain, and support the Sagitta database environment.
    • Windows Server - Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems is crucial for managing and maintaining server infrastructure.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Ability to provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on system usage.
