Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Attorney to enhance our dynamic legal team.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to advocating for clients who have experienced personal injuries, ensuring they receive exceptional legal representation.

This role demands a thorough understanding of personal injury law, outstanding negotiation abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple cases effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in legal matters related to personal injuries.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations to gather all pertinent facts and evidence.
  • Prepare and file necessary legal documents for personal injury cases, including complaints and motions.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance providers to secure fair compensation for clients.
  • Prepare cases for trial, including jury selection, motion arguments, and evidence presentation.
  • Conduct and defend depositions, as well as manage document production requests.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, updating them on case progress.
  • Collaborate with legal staff to manage schedules, deadlines, and documentation.
  • Stay informed on current laws and regulations related to personal injury.
  • Adhere to all legal standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active membership in the State Bar.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Demonstrated litigation experience, particularly in personal injury cases.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve favorable resolutions.
  • Exceptional legal writing capabilities, with proficiency in drafting clear and persuasive documents.
  • Experience managing a substantial caseload, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Trial experience with a successful track record.
  • Experience in conducting and defending depositions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, committed to exceptional client service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in professional conduct.
