**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Hackensack, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys with case management, client communication, and preparation for legal proceedings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from inception to settlement or trial.
  • Handle communication with clients to ensure they understand the legal process.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Manage case files and maintain organization to ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Coordinate with medical professionals, insurance companies, and experts for case preparation.
  • Prepare trial materials and assist attorneys during court proceedings as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
