Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Attorney to become a vital part of our dynamic legal team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to advocating for clients who have experienced personal injuries and will be dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services.

This role necessitates a thorough understanding of personal injury law, outstanding negotiation abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple cases effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in legal matters involving personal injuries.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations to gather pertinent facts and evidence.
  • Prepare and submit legal documents essential for personal injury litigation, including complaints and motions.
  • Engage in settlement negotiations with opposing parties and insurance representatives to secure just compensation for clients.
  • Prepare and argue cases in court, including jury selection and evidence presentation.
  • Conduct depositions and manage document requests.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, updating them on case developments.
  • Work collaboratively with legal staff to oversee case timelines and documentation.
  • Stay informed on relevant legislation and case law affecting personal injury.
  • Adhere to all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Demonstrated litigation experience, particularly in personal injury cases.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Excellent legal writing capabilities, able to draft clear and persuasive documents.
  • Experience managing a substantial caseload with strong organizational skills.
  • Trial experience with a successful track record.
  • Experience in conducting and defending depositions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, dedicated to providing outstanding client service.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
