Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Care Driver to join our team. As a Customer Care Driver, you will be responsible for delivering U-Box containers to customers and ensuring they receive friendly and courteous service.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a flatbed truck to transport U-Box containers to and from customers' homes and local businesses.
  • Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers are satisfied with their U-Box experience.

Requirements:

  • Clean motor vehicle driving record.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Canada- Class 3 or D Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement.

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
