The Patient Services Coordinator will oversee all facets of patient intake and the organization of pertinent medical and insurance documentation. Ideal candidates will possess strong computer skills, a willingness to learn, a customer-centric approach, and a warm demeanor.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and enter essential information into the patient medical record system.
- Employ exceptional customer service and proactive engagement techniques in all patient interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
- Facilitate the registration process for new patients.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out procedures for patients.
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy to enhance patient care delivery.
- Exhibit professionalism and compassion in service delivery with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Experience in managing customer relations is advantageous.
