We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Primary Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our geriatric patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management.

Requirements
