Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in the Division of Hospital Internal Medicine. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population of patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in a high-acuity, dynamic hospital setting
  • Partner with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Complete admissions and consultations, and provide cross-cover for patients
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients
Requirements
  • Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program, or graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current AZ RN and APRN license, or PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient and staff needs
