Children's Learning Centers of Fairfield County (CLC) is a leading organization dedicated to providing comprehensive family services and innovative educational programs for young children from birth to age five. We are seeking to expand our Family Service Team by adding a Family Service Worker.
Key Responsibilities
The Family Service Worker will be responsible for:
- Engaging families to foster participation in services.
- Providing referrals for necessary services.
- Recruiting and enrolling families, including managing intake and eligibility assessments.
- Overseeing a designated caseload of families.
- Collaborating with external service agencies to enhance support.
- Working closely with educational staff to ensure holistic support for families.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Social Work.
- Bilingual skills are preferred.
