Job Title: Training & Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training & Development Manager to join our team at Securitas Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training and staff development programs for Security Officers, Supervisors, and other employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports line management in achieving training and development objectives
  • Conducts needs analysis studies to identify training needs and approaches
  • Formulates training policies in collaboration with the HR department
  • Trains assigned instructors and supervisory personnel in effective techniques for training
  • Maintains records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of training activities and instructors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of training experience preferred
  • CPR & MOAB Instruction experience preferred
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various employee and customer levels
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to maintain composure in dealing with employees and clients in situations that might involve urgency, pressure for results, and the threat of negative consequences.

The role will also require frequent travel, regular use of vehicle, and regular talking and hearing in both one-on-one and group settings.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
