Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aide to provide high-quality care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide mobility assistance, including walking and physical therapy exercises
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
  • Dispense medication and provide reminders
  • Offer companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction
  • Assist with errands and shopping
  • Perform personal care duties, including toileting and incontinence care
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Compassionate, respectful, and ethical
