Values of Carroll Hospice and Carroll Hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and other health care needs of patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse
- Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with the Mission Statement and S.P.I.R.I.T. Values of Carroll Hospice and Carroll Hospital
- Work as a para-professional to provide support to patients and families
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to understand their needs and preferences
- Adapt to changes in schedules, assignments, and geographical locations
- Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant course required
- Previous experience as a CNA/Home Health Aide, preferably in a Medicare Certified Program, preferred
- CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification required
- CHPNA - Certified Hospice Palliative Nurse Assistant certification preferred
