Job Summary

As a Hospice Aide at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering compassionate and personalized care to individuals and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help patients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course required
  • Previous experience as a CNA or Home Health Aide preferred
  • CPR certification required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
