Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources Assistant I to join our team at Blue Star Partners LLC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR activities, maintain accurate records, and facilitate employee onboarding.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives, working closely with the HR team.
- Administer and track small projects within the HR department, including data analytics and policy development.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and assist with the orientation process.
- Conduct research for HR-related tasks and initiatives.
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee inquiries and directing them to the appropriate HR team member.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a HR department, knowledge of HR practices.
- Excellent organizational, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality.
Estimated Salary: $51,200 – $57,760 per year based on 40 hours per week and $25 – $28 per hour.
