About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources Assistant I to join our team at Blue Star Partners LLC. This role involves providing administrative and project management support to the HR department, ensuring seamless execution of various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, calendar management, and email correspondence.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems and procedures for HR project records and employee files.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding processes, including orientation and welcome packets.
  • Manage and administer employee recognition and engagement programs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a HR department, with knowledge of HR practices and procedures.

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $25-$28, based on experience and qualifications.
