  • Manage month-end closeout accounting and occupancy reporting.

  • Maintain a delinquency rate of less than 2% each month.
  • Assist with leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents.
  • Provide crucial support to the Property Manager and step in during their absence.

Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Training in fair housing practices and lease agreements.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Yardi Property Management software or similar industry-specific tools.
  • Proven ability to excel in leasing and marketing roles.
Required Qualifications:
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with up-to-date insurance coverage.
  • A valid and current driver's license.
  • A minimum of one year of continuous experience as an Assistant Manager at a comparable apartment community, demonstrating strong collection skills.
