Hooters of America LLC is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Manage various areas of responsibility within the operation, including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Assist the General Manager in ensuring operations run efficiently and according to company policy and standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Team Management: Manage the performance of all hourly employees, with a focus on Front of House employees, to ensure they are successful in their individual roles.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the completion of general business administration, including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Promote the business, build sales, increase profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain brand integrity.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Valid ServSafe alcohol certification and any other legally required certifications.
