SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our operations. The primary responsibilities include maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment and processing orders from service and operations teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying incoming materials against documentation, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
  • Organizing and storing materials according to established methods.
  • Conducting regular inventory checks and reporting any issues with stored materials.
  • Preparing materials for shipment and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ordering supplies as directed and optimizing shipping costs.
  • Maintaining established inventory levels and preparing purchase orders as necessary.
  • Performing clerical tasks related to material handling.
  • Participating in safety initiatives within the warehouse.
  • Delivering tools and materials to job sites as required.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard.
  • Operating hand or power trucks as needed.
  • Maintaining records for hazardous waste storage.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain it quickly.
  • Experience in trades such as electrical or HVAC.
  • A flexible work schedule to accommodate operational needs.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
