Overview:
Join Staffmark Group, a leader in staffing solutions, as we seek a dedicated Warehouse / Customer Service Representative. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations within our warehouse while providing exceptional service to our clients. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment where your contributions are valued.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage of $18.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with potential for Saturday overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and assess incoming shipments and returns.
2. Prioritize and process returns efficiently to meet client expectations.
3. Ensure adherence to operational procedures and compliance standards.
4. Generate and maintain accurate reports.
5. Coordinate dispatch of replacement items to customers.
6. Handle customer returns of defective products.
Qualifications:
