Job Summary:

Pleasures Now, LLC is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team during the busy holiday season. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for receiving, counting, and staging product to prepare for release. This is a seasonal position with the potential to lead to a full-time, year-round position on our warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Preparation: Receive, count, and stage product to prepare for release.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick product according to individual orders, both wholesale and online retail.
  • Quality Control: Double-check product for accuracy and completeness.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Inventory Management: Perform inventory spot checks and assist with a full inventory audit at the end of the year.

Requirements:

  • Lifting and Bending: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to Detail: Must have attention to detail as many products are similar.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a paid 15-minute break in the morning and afternoon, and an unpaid half-hour lunch.
  • Overtime: Overtime is paid at 1.5x base pay for hours worked over 40 each week.
