We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Intake Coordinator to join our team at The Salvation Army Eastern Territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the intake of eligible clients into our program, maintaining networking and referral relationships with homeless service providers, and assisting with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the intake process for clients, ensuring timely and efficient processing of applications.
- Maintain relationships with local service providers to ensure seamless referrals and collaboration.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Facilitate client education groups as needed, providing support and guidance to program participants.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or program manager.
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree and Chemical Dependency Licensure preferred.
- Experience working with homeless, chemically dependent, and/or mentally ill populations is essential.
- Ability to use stairs and lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
