Position Summary
The Advertising Account Specialist plays a crucial role in leveraging data and resources to create and enhance advertising sales materials and packages. This position involves developing tailored proposals, presentations, and packages that cater to the specific needs and preferences of designated market segments. The specialist provides advanced support to strategic accounts by conducting research, organizing information, and crafting presentations that align with client-specific strategies, all while working with moderate guidance in their area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates advertising sales by crafting plans that address the needs of assigned clients and the sales team, targeting key clients, industries, and market segments.
- Utilizes analytical research data to identify the most effective multi-screen advertising solutions for targeted audiences and available inventory.
- Creates customized proposals and pre-sales materials to effectively position advertising campaigns for strategic accounts.
- Collects and summarizes market intelligence related to sales and programming, generating and distributing sales reports to evaluate effectiveness concerning strategic accounts.
- Collaborates with Account Executives to nurture strategic client relationships and address client inquiries, troubleshooting as necessary.
- Assists local leadership with additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
- Provides high-level support and leadership on special projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in significant matters consistently.
- Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, Comcast may also consider applicants with a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
