Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term customer relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners to provide a total solution for energy-efficient buildings.
  • Deliver on our business strategy by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Provide knowledge and consultation on HVAC system-related solutions, including financial and performance-based considerations.
  • Assemble and coordinate acquisition teams as needed for customers and projects.
  • Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and communicating the next steps.
  • Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to identify mutual support requirements for a strong, profitable, and successful partnership.
  • Assist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and system application alternatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in solution sales.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree or 4–8 years of demonstrated experience.
  • Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.

Compensation:

Total Target Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 in the first year. This represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped.
