Account Manager Professional

The role of an Account Manager at Jim Coleman, Ltd. involves serving as the primary liaison between our company and clients. This position requires strong sales, strategic planning, project management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, developing relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other communication channels to maintain open lines of communication with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities with current clients and prospect for new clients through lead generation and outreach efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering creative and analytic solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the promotional product industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Background in sales and marketing a plus.
- Database and customer relationship management/order entry experience desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in basic math skills.
