POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of our team, this role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and successful experience for our hotel group guests. You will serve as the primary point of contact for housing and billing inquiries from pre-arrival to departure. This involves processing reservation requests, changes, and cancellations while providing exceptional service and hospitality to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide clear and concise information to guests regarding guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
  • Accommodate and document special requests to ensure a personalized experience for our guests.
  • Set up proper billing accounts according to accounting policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, review, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements as per company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with standard and local operating procedures (SOP's and LSOP's).
  • Work closely with various departments and outside entities to achieve successful groups from pre-arrival through final bill.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1-year related work experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
