About the Role:

As a vital member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include the efficient cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring that our workspace remains organized and hygienic.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly wash pots, pans, and trays, and ensure silverware is polished
  • Effectively segregate and dispose of waste in designated receptacles
  • Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors, and washing work surfaces, walls, and refrigeration units
  • Assist in transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, restocking as necessary
  • Keep accurate temperature logs and maintain organization in the walk-in cooler/freezer
  • Support cooks in the proper preparation, storage, and dating of food items

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with food service regulations is preferred
  • Proficient in using hand tools and equipment relevant to the position
